College Locations

TMCC serves the residents of Washoe County at five college sites located in the Reno area, in addition to partnership locations.

Dandini Campus

Located in north Reno, the main Dandini Campus opened in 1976 as a comprehensive campus and offers instruction in general education, science and liberal arts, including regionally and nationally ranked allied health programs. TMCC's Dandini Campus is home to the student services and administrative functions of the College, including Admissions and Records, Financial Aid, Testing Services and more. This site offers many academic and occupational programs in a variety of areas. In addition, the Dandini Campus houses the V. James Eardley Student Services Center, the Elizabeth Sturm Library, Academic Advisement, open computer laboratories, drop-in child care, academic assistance from the Tutoring and Learning Center and special events.

William N. Pennington Applied Technology Center (EDSN)

Located in east Reno, the Applied Technology Center opened in 1999 and provides training for high skill jobs in construction, manufacturing and transportation technologies, including automotive, construction management, renewable energy, machining, fabrication, HVAC/R and welding. These programs are developed with input from local industry and directly meet the needs of the regional workforce. The Center's advanced shops and labs allow students to train with the hands-on experience for careers in these industries.

Meadowood Center (MDWS)

Located in central Reno, the Meadowood Center opened in 2003 and provides academic courses, professional certification programs, and workshops. TMCC's Meadowood Center is conveniently located across the street from Meadowood Mall and on multiple bus routes. In addition to a wide variety of College credit courses offered regularly at Meadowood Center, other programs found at this location include the Workforce Development and Community Education division offering over 1,000 professional development and personal enrichment programs, Adult Basic Education including English as a Second Language and High School Equivalency preparation as well as basic literacy programming, Veterans Upward Bound, and a testing center. 

Nell J. Redfield Foundation Performing Arts Center (RPAC)

Located in west Reno, the Nell J. Redfield Foundation Performing Arts Center opened in 2003 and houses the College’s performing arts classes, including Dance, Music and Theater. In addition, the performing arts classes present a variety of performances at the Center during the year.

William N. Pennington Health Sciences Center (HSC)

Located off Mount Rose Highway in south Reno, the William N. Pennington Health Sciences Center opened in 2005 as a collaborative campus of Truckee Meadows Community College and the University of Nevada, Reno. Nursing, Certified Nursing Assistant, Radiologic Technology, Public and Occupational Safety, and Veterinary Technician Programs are housed at this site.
